Wireless Karaoke
What kind of UHF / VHF wireless system would you recommend?
For an association of professionals holding events with up 200 people in a room which is about 1500 to 2000 sq.ft (not longer or wider than 100 feet), which model / type you wish to use and why? Here are some additional info 1) I must have wireless microphones – may be lavelier handhelds or 2) I have a mixer-amplifier which will this regard. 3) I will have a maximum of 5 entries (and yes, I may need 2 or more units) 4) Anyone heard of the manufacturer and Nady product? Remember this is not a studio registration, but also not a situation of karaoke. This is a typical work session / all-hands meeting type situation, but it is (his) professional. Thank you
I can not recommend Nady … sorry … If you look at what is most used by people who contracted AV to set up such things, you find Shure and Sennheiser … and sometimes, Audio Technica. The Shure SM58 UHF Wireless systems are most common for handheld microphones; either Shure or Sennheiser (occasionally Audio Technica) LAVS wireless typical. Of all the meetings I attended, I've never seen anything but this stuff is why I bought two UHF wireless system Shure SM58 and a Shure wireless UHF LAV meetings that I support. I also have a bit of Sure SM58 wired on the stands on the platform (s).
