How do I connect a 18ga. Speaker wire to RCA jack adapter??

I loudspeakers computer that are likely to be connected to a stereo, but my Dilema is that stakeholders have RCA jacks and accepts only the car speaker wire ordinary. Does anybody know a store that I can get this configuration from son (I checked Radio Shack and their website sux) or perhaps Can I make this thread if someone has done this before. All relevant information will be appreciated. thank you.

I suppose this is not something impossible to accomplish, but you have to answer whether or not your speakers are passive (very few and far between – mostly older and unable to be connected the output of a stereo, even modest receiver). If they are passive – that is the only type you want to connect with any kind of real hope of anything mildly pleasant, coming from them – then you will get an audio-only RCA jack to RCA interconnect cable. As it seems that you are going for the cheap solution here, go to the dollar store for them. Once you have them, cut the wire in half (scissors to achieve this miraculous effect). Grab either half as you like and strip the cables down about half an inch. Inside insulation on one side, you find two son – the one showing you innerworkings metal and the other isolated. This experience will recovery on the other side. These are for the left speaker and right. It is red is to the right side. Make sure you do not get in son – Not even a hint – when you remove the inner insulated son … What will be the negative (or black) connection on the receiver. Repeat with the other side and connect the RCA ends to the speakers (red for right) … This should work … Now … I do not think it's worth your time or effort, but that's how I did it when connecting small speakers with RCA cables for audio systems below. Once I had my first column speakers with twelve-inch woofers, all of this madness stops. But I have not forgotten how … Hope that helps …
