Light Microscope issues. Help please?
Most workers start using microscope using the highest power (power) possible. Experienced people learn to use low power (magnification), most of the time. Why? When and why you the parameters for the diaphragm? (button at the bottom of the scene with five holes where the light shines Through), such as … Why use the small opening to high power?
Hi. A higher power has a poorer resolution. The diaphragm is used to control depth of field, like the port setting on a camera.
